Intro
Hiring is shifting from navigation to interaction. My work explores what career sites become when conversation replaces content. Designing in this space means shaping trust, guidance, and momentum rather than pages alone.
Conversational Career Sites
These projects reimagined the career site as an interactive surface rather than a collection of pages. Candidates engage through dialogue, allowing discovery to unfold naturally instead of relying on deep navigation or dense content hierarchies.
The interface responds to intent in real time, guiding candidates toward relevant opportunities while keeping the experience lightweight and direct.
Designing Across Industries
A single conversational model needed to adapt across industries, brands, and hiring realities, from hourly roles to corporate and complex technical positions.
Design decisions focused on translating tone, structure, and visual language to fit each context while preserving a consistent underlying framework.
Interaction in Motion
Hiring often begins on the move, making mobile the default context rather than an adaptation.
Interfaces were designed to maintain clarity and accessibility across viewports while preserving brand integrity. Understanding how design systems and components translate into production ensured that candidates' experiences remained consistent, flexible, and reliable regardless of device.
Interfaces for AI-Led Hiring
Designing for AI participation meant shaping when and how assistance appears within the experience. Interaction cues were introduced carefully so support felt natural and expected rather than intrusive.
Trust developed through predictable behavior and thoughtful pacing, allowing AI to support learning and decision-making while remaining integrated into the overall flow.
Outcome
Designing conversational hiring experiences changed how I think about interfaces. Working across varied industries strengthened my ability to absorb complex systems and translate them into experiences that feel intuitive, grounded, and human.
